Technology Department

The Technology Department strives to provide teachers and staff with the technology resources needed to complete work tasks and improve student learning. Twiggs County Public Schools' technology department provides hardware and software repair/maintenance to student computer labs, teacher workstations, and network equipment. Internet filtering is provided via our Iprism Web Filter in an attempt to protect students and staff from inappropriate information on the Internet. Sonicwall provides a firewall as a protection mechanism for our network servers. The technology department is also responsible for the District's Student Information System, Webpage, Online Testing, web-based applications and network cabling and maintenance.
